Our refund policy has been formulated to be transparent and fair. Please read it carefully before booking a space or engaging our services.

Before you book

We generally do not process refunds

Lease My Space provides workspace services — virtual offices, desks and meeting rooms — where a confirmed booking reserves a space, an address or a time slot that is then held for you and withdrawn from availability for others. As a general rule, therefore, we do not proceed with any refund, save and except in very exceptional and emergency cases, at the sole discretion of Medhansh Ventures & Advisory LLP.

Lease My Space is a brand used by Medhansh Ventures & Advisory LLP under authorisation.

General Policy

Medhansh Ventures & Advisory LLP provides workspace and related services that require space, staff, time and resources to be committed in advance. Once a booking is confirmed or an engagement is initiated and the space or service has been reserved for you, a refund of our service fees is not possible.

Any exception is considered only in very exceptional and emergency circumstances, is entirely at our sole discretion, and is decided on a case-to-case basis.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain charges associated with our services are non-refundable under any circumstances. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable, paid on our service fees.
  • Third-party charges paid to building management, vendors, partners, caterers, couriers or service providers on your behalf.
  • Charges for services already provided, time already used, or a space already occupied or held for the confirmed period.
  • Payment-gateway, bank or transaction charges levied by a third party on the original payment.
  • Charges for customisation, set-up, additional equipment or add-on arrangements made specifically for your booking.

Refund of Service Fees

Our service fees may be considered for a refund only under the following conditions, subject to the sole discretion of Medhansh Ventures & Advisory LLP:

  • Cancellation before the service is provided: if you cancel a confirmed booking with adequate advance notice and before the space, address or service has been made available to you, you may be considered for a refund of the service fee paid, subject to a deduction of processing charges and any non-refundable charges above.
  • Cancellation after the service has commenced: if you cancel after the booking period has begun or the service has been made available, no refund of service fees shall be issued.
  • Exceptional and emergency circumstances: in such cases, at our sole discretion, a partial refund or a credit towards a future booking may be considered on a case-to-case basis.
  • Cancellation by us: where we are unable to provide a confirmed space or service and no suitable alternative is accepted by you, the fee paid for that booking will be refunded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to our official email, contact@leasemyspace.in, including your full name, your business name (if any), the email address and mobile number provided to us, your postal address, the booking or service details for which the refund is requested, proof of the payment made to us and a copy of your invoice, together with a detailed reason for the request. We shall review your request and respond within 7 to 10 business days.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original method of payment within 15 to 20 business days from the date of our approval.

Changes to This Policy

Medhansh Ventures & Advisory LLP reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any change or rectification will be updated on this page, and we request you to review this policy periodically.
